Casino Royale very annoying... no no, maybe its my laptop ! - Blu-ray Forum

Hey all, just wondering... i bought casino royale and i tried to play it on my AR190G VAIO laptop. Basically, I am using PowerDVD 7.3 with 2911 patch... It plays the features and trailers ok but when I play the main film, it gives me those copyright warning then black screen but the timer still runs.... Any ideas?

Call tech support. That's what they're there for

You may have to call/contact Cyberlink instead of Sony, because the Sony tech rep will tell you that 3rd party software is out of their jurisdiction support, and if you want answers and support, you will need to call/contact Cyberlink to ask why you are only getting a black screen while playing Casiono Royale.
