Default Recommendations?

Hello,
I guess this is where I'd ask this. I'm looking for 1 5.1 or higher receiver to add to my bed room setup. The thing is the room is small so I don't need to power a lot. I did not want to spend over $100 but I might have to. I have the speakers and sub and they are all running off an old cd stereo system. I really just wanted to add the extra channels in foe a better surround sound experience. I have rears but are WAY under powered and next to never hear them. Any help or suggestions? If any of you are ready to upgrade I'd be willing to buy one.

Thanks

i just got the Onkyo 313 for $138 as well the other day, and so far its been a great unit. when I took it out of the box, it looked mint. No it doesnt have all the bells of my Marantz 7007, but it's just powering 2 speakers in my bedroom, and its enough!
