Dexter: Season 2 on UK Blu-ray March 30th.

What is happening no release of Dexter on region B. And the damn region A is region coded. Dexter season 2 just been announced on DVD Region 2. But no release info on Dexter on Blu overseas at all. WTF is going on

Thing is, the show's taken SUCH a long time to even get launched here that it's barely finished the 2nd season.
Concerning DVD releases, there's no TRUE French release so far, only a Benelux Import.

I don't really think it's called "import" when you buy something from another state within Europa

Nevertheless, this region locking is driving me crazy. Lost season 3, dexter both seasons, now weeds season 4 too... can't region locking be declared illegal or so? I mean isn't this against several international laws regarding free trade?

Do anyone know who distributes Dexter on DVD in the UK i will write to them and ask about a blu ray release. They must follw the times those idiots. DVD is the old. blu ray is the future. So why can't UK see this with this show or WEEDS and other

Just buy a region A player and buy the seasons from the US. That's what I did.

I bought a 80GB PS3 from Amazon just about the time the PS3 came out, so it wasn't the cheapest player...

But now that the slim PS3 has come I'm sure you can find a good deal. Amazon always have great prices, but it's not always that they send these kind of items out of the US.

And come to think of it; the PS3 isn't the cheapest player either, so just look around and you should be able to find a good player for under $200.

You can get the Tevion multi region Blu player for £140 or less at Aldi. If you want something classier Multiregion Magic do the Panasonic 60 for £329, Movietyme do the same machine for £100 more with 10 discs of your choice up to £20.99 each. If money is no object try CRT Projectors for the Oppo BD83, this is among the very best players and costs £500 for a Region A or £580 for multi region. Buying from the UK means no import duties
