I saw this on JSDVD Mall. It's 349 Taiwanese Dollars which converts to $11.98 before shipping. Guessing from the specs, this Taiwanese release is sourced from the German Blu-ray a la The Crimson Rivers. If that's the case, it's the director's cut which removes several, but not most, Tara Reid scenes from the film.
