Blood The Last Vampire....Oct 20th - Blu-ray Forum

Anyone hear anything on this one? No blu-ray reviews that I can find.
Never saw this movie and thinking about ordering it from Amazon.
And if you seen it, is it worth a blind buy?
Please keep in mind that I like most vampire / asain action flicks.
(I do understand this was American made).

It's based off an anime of the same name that came out a few years back. As for this live action movie I have not seen it but I did enjoy the anime movie which by the way I believe comes out like probably exactally 1 month later for Blu-ray.

This movie is AWESOME! I am waiting anxiously to get this on Tuesday! The plot is great (which you apparently know) and the action is really cool (along the lines of Crouching Tiger).

I watched the film last Friday at home and I must say the BD is eye candy

very nice transfer. I haven't seen the anime film yet, but I thought it was decent not too over the top or anything. The story is a bit confusing because somethings just don't get explained so anyone who has never been exposed to the anime film will most likely be left with a few questions.

I always liked the anime, so I might take a chance and blind buy this movie. I wonder why the anime was not also released on Blu-ray at the same time?

I remember this getting trashed by critics when it hit theaters. I still want to check it out though. After checking out the trailer, I want to add it to my collection.
