Default Sergio Leone Collection

I know there is a "Man With No Name" collection out. And also that Once Upon A Time In The West (and America) Blu-ray's are out. But I'd like to set a full box-set, similar to like they did with Kubrick.

A set with MWNN, Fistful Of Dynamite (not yet out on blu-ray as far as I'm aware), OUATITW and OUATIA would just be perfect .

The films are owned by different studios. I suppose they could all work together to put out a set, but I wouldn't bet on it.

Warner could release Colossus of Rhodes on BD and the new extended Once Upon a Time in America. I guess they probably have Paramount's Once Upon a Time in the West now too.
MGM/Fox could release remasters of the Dollars Trilogy.
