Driven (with Sylvester Stallone) - Blu-ray Forum

I know this movie was a failure at the box office back in '01, but I still hope that Warner considers releasing Driven on Blu-ray sometime next year. I remember seeing this at the theaters three times in a row when it came out, and I couldn't get enough of it, especially the action-packed racing scenes and slo-mo crashes! Stallone was okay in the movie, along with the likes of Burt Reynolds, Kip Pardue, Gina Gershon, Estella Warren, and Robert Sean Leonard. Hopefully when Warner does announce Driven for Blu-ray, they'll have sense enough to add a Dolby TrueHD 5.1 track for said racing scenes and crashes.

Really overlooked film. It's beautiful to watch. Stallone doesn't like it much, but I found it a fun racing movie. Would look amazing in hi-def.

Yeah, I'd go for any raing movie on HD. And I'm a Stallone fan.

As a Stallone fan I would add it to my collection, but honestly it's not a movie with a lot of replay value... I was at the Chicago race track when they were filming it, I got to see Sly and Renny Harlin and took a bunch of pictures, but when I tried to get one with Sly and me, his bodyguard stopped me. That bummed me out, especially when a few minutes later, Sly was posing with a female fan... maybe I should have wore a wig and a skirt...

This movie is one of my favorites and I would definately pick this up. I know it didn't do well at the Theaters and I saw it on a late saturday night on starz if I remember correctly. Since then it has become one of my favorite Stallone movies!

Hope they release it soon!
