Default Anyone ever order from an international Amazon.com site?

I just ordered 10,000 BC Steelbook for about 26.00 US dollars plus standard shipping 15.00. I hope it will work. I haven't gotten anything back from Amazon saying that i did something wrong.

I think everyone on here has ordered from an international Amazon site.

I've ordered from international Amazon sites ten times more than I have done from Amazon.ca. It's mostly because their deals suck or they don't have anything special. Hopefully that will change come Boxing Day.

All my orders are from Amazon.co.uk so much cheaper then here in the Netherlands. I also once ordered from Amazon.com and Amazon.fr, oh and a few times from Amazon.de

Don't worry. I'll say amazon is an honest retailer.

The package sent from amazon.com is much better than any other amazon. They sent in a real cardboard box not in a cardboard folder. That way protect the steelbook 100% from damages.

I've ordered from all of the Amazon sites, and have to say that the UK site amazes me every time: Fast (sometimes faster than the US site!), and relatively inexpensive. FR and DE both charge an arm and a leg for shipping, but that's not really the fault of Amazon. Shipping from the Continent to the US is notoriously expensive, and I've never completely figured out why. Lack of competition? Government-set minimum charges?

By the way, the CA site is also a good honest resource if they've got something that the US site does not.
