Wish they would release the original series also. I think the first dvd release was from the original film sources (which didn't quite match the televised versions) and looked better then the newer dvds released about 8 years ago (which a lot was taken from video sources).

My wish has come true! YAY now i can sell my old 2006 DVD and get this upgrade and new HD transfer? kick ass man.
I saw this movie 2 times in theaters when i was 5 and dug it despite feeling bad for Optimus, this should be sweet to see in HD. |

Anyway, I saw this movie on the big screen... last year at my local Alamo Drafthouse, whcih was a 35mm print. It was so great getting to see it in a theater as my parents never took me to see it when it came out. We watched it when it came out on VHS, but by then, Season 3 had already aired and I was left so confused. |

This did or it's different. But the AU release by Madman has tons of extras.
http://dvdcompare.net/comparisons/film.php?fid=12101 I have either the UK or AU Blu-ray. I can dig this, I guess. Especially since Shout release for the Complete Seasons/Set for G1 cartoon is the best around. Right? ![]() [Show spoiler] EDIT: I have the UK Blu-ray. It should be listed in my FilmAF.com Collection link. |
