Default lcd tv for the bedroom

looking to buy either a 19inch or 22inch tv for the bedroom but am confused by the resolution specs

am i better going for

1366 x 768
1440 x 900
1680 X 1050

most of the top brands sony and samsung are 1366 x 768

any help welcome

HDTV's will use the 1366 x 768 more often, while PC Monitors will sport the 1440 x 900 & 1680 x 1050 etc.

basically the HDTV's are 16x9, while the PC Monitor will be 16x10.

Not really a big deal...but I would just get the 1366x768 if youre intending to watch more tv/bluray.

are you sure 22" will be big enough?? You will have to sit awfully close!

I agree, i had a 32" lcd and i upgraded to a 50". I would look into 32", if funds permit.

i have a 50inch plasma in the front room and a 26 inch in the back room. suppose i could put the 26 in the bedroom an get a new 32 for the backroom, shhhhhhhhhhhhhhh wifes coming

I believe I saw the Samsung 26"LNB460 on sale at B.B. just a week ago for $349. excellent price for that tv. maybe they'll take an offer or on-line?
