Lost season 1 ??????????????? - Blu-ray Forum

i just bought lost season one at bb yesterday for 34.99 on the slipcover the audio is listed as uncompressed 5.1 how ever its dts-hd when i play it does anyone know bout this

no there not the same uncompressed was used earilier in the blu ray lifetime on a lot of early blu ray releases there different

You should contact the manufacturer and demand a refund or an exchange.

However, I thought the audio was amazing for season 1.

Sounds to me like they made a mistake on the cover between "uncompressed" and "lossless". They probably meant to say that the track is lossless and that is indeed the case with DTS-HD MA.

The uncompressed version of that would be a PCM track but both should offer the same quality, provided your receiver can decode the signal or your player does it for you.

I can confirm however that DTS-HD MA 5.1 is the correct track. It's the same on my disc
