Amazon has sellers listing Criterion Charade for $20 brand new, worth it or what? I hear it's a sort of light-hearted Hitchcock type of movie..

I enjoyed Charade, so therefore would say it's definitely worth it. From looking at your collection, I think you may enjoy it also.

So worth it. It's lots of fun. I've been wanting to upgrade my DVD copy for a while as well.

I noticed that you have To Catch a Thief in your collection. If you like that odds are you'll like Charade. Granted, Charade is no North By Northwest but then again...what is?!

Charade is worth a blind buy if you like To Catch a Thief and North by Northwest, no question

Agreed, I love North By Northwest. But have you seen North By Northwest 2: The Quickening - it's at least as good as the original.

It's a very humorous film, but dark at the same time. Hepburn and Grant are wonderful together also. Overall, definitely a movie you should consider blind-buying.

Looks like a regular non-Criterion version is coming this July.

It says Universal Studios on the Amazon listing. I imagine it will mimic their 100th Anniversary DVD.
