if they can build "american" autos, trucks, and appliances... they should be able to handle blu-ray discs and place them in Scanavo steelbook cases.

What I meant is that the discs are printed in Spanish.

The Canadian discs are printed with English titles.

I was just answering bandapart's post saying that Canadian blu-rays had "some" french on them, it's not like if they were 100% foreign.

I know and wasn't complaining, but I got Rome, Batman Anthology, True Blood season 1 & 2 from a Mexican friend and they are 100% english. (cover and discs)

Yes... California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, and Florida.

Also, we all have the ingrained ability to insert a Blu-ray disc printed in Spanish (or any other language) into a Blu-ray player and play it effortlessly.
