Default Two for £18 at Amazon UK

Linky

All from Universal, including some unreleased in the US (Anvil, Bridget Jones' Diary, Hannibal) and the longer cut of The Boat That Rocked aka Pirate Radio.

Note that Anvil has been reported as region-locked.

that's around $28 without shipping/vat, etc.

so roughly $34 for 2 BDs, $17 per title.

You do know how to figure it for airmail to the US & Canada, don't you:
  1. Divide advertised GBP price by 1.175 (to remove 17.5% VAT); £18 / 1.175 = £15.32.
  2. Add £3.08 for 1st item + 99p each additional item = £19.39 (2 items).
  3. Feed to your favorite forex site (mine is OANDA) and add bank and/or ACC markup.
With 1% markup (my bank), "final" answer (US) is $31.24 ($15.62 per title); with 3% markup (typical for ACC), it's $31.88 ($15.94 per title). It's not final until your bank posts it (or for ACC, when you complete the purchase--assuming your bank doesn't mark it up some more).

Zavvi are doing a 10% offer today (wednesday) only on all Blu-ray and PS3 Games (except Bioshock 2), this presumable includes pre-ordering titles like UP. Enter WICKED10 at the checkout.

I am also a newbie and I can't start threads either, so I'll pass this along:

Thirst Blu-ray is £9.99 at HMV online; you can also get it as part of the 2 for £18 deal. It's pretty impressive, considering it's just been released.
