Default Best Cinematography Available on Blu-ray?

I'm curious as to what BDs feature the best cinematography in your opinion. Color palette and prominent use of landscapes are especially important to me. Some of my favorites include Bruno Delbonnel's Amelie and Harry Potter 6, Roger Deakins' Assassination of Jesse James. The Prestige, King Kong, Illusionist, Atonement are all excellent, too. Do you agree? Are there other BDs you can recommend? Any films you're hoping to hear announced for blu because of their cinematography?

Harry Potter 6, Jesse James, and The Prestige are all excellent choices and favorites of mine. I think Boogie Nights and Magnolia have excellent cinematography and they both look great on blu! I have been most impressed recently by Moon, which has the best visuals I've seen in a while. Perhaps all time, my favorite is The Fountain, which uses macrophotography I believe, and the results are truly draw-dropping. Other great ones include Seven Pounds, Brokeback Mountain, Benjamin Button and Man on Fire. The New World is also astounding, as I am expecting Days Of Heaven to be.

Batman Begins and The Dark Knight had the same DP and director as The Prestige.
Planet Earth and Baraka have great detailed shots. There Will Be Blood and No Country For Old Men also have some great cinematography of the American south and although Children of Men doesn't feature many landscape shots, it's cinematography is astounding.
If you don't mind violence, I highly recommend Tarantino's Kill Bill series and Inglourious Basterds.

As far as older films go, The Godfather series and Blade Runner both feature stunning cinematography. The Wizard of Oz is probably a must-have for fans of cinematography being the first color film.

The Dark Knight is especially recommended by me. There's beautiful IMAX shots of Chicago and Hong Kong in it and the movie's great too.

As far as cinematography and art direction go, The Fall is great.

For classic cinematography, check out the beautiful region-free UK import of Black Narcissus.

The New World.

Blu fans and great film enthusiasts should be excited for the Criterion release of Terrence Malick's classic Day's of Heaven next month. I fully expect this to be the film that everyone will think of first when asked the OP's question, as Ebert and other critics have called it the most beautiful movie ever filmed.

I thought Into The Wild was real good for what you're looking for. It has all types of different landscapes n such in it and it happens to have an amazing picture on top of it.

Dead Poet's Society. The average person won't notice its cinematography, it doesn't detract the attention away from the movie, but enhances it. John Seale was the DOP.

I'd have to go with No Country for Old Men. But so many mentioned above are impressive.
