Unhappy LG B3 77" 4k UHD DV issues

Just wondering if anyone else happened to have issues playing certain uhd blurays with dolby vision or even dv streaming from apps like disney plus on newer LG OLED TV's? I have an issue where the signal will cut out, lose signal, and then reappear every few minutes on Fifth Element 4k studio canal version. Also happened to me with Apple TV 4k and nvidia shield disney plus apps playing certain episodes of Loki in dolby vision. At one point, it was even cutting out on the home screens of each streaming app. So far, I've tried different cables and even having the mainboard replaced on the LG B3 77", so I wonder if the firmware has issues since it is newer and doesn't happen on my LG C1 48". Any help or ideas is appreciated as I stupidly ordered this from B&H photo instead of Costco and can't return it.
