Help- What do I do about a retaliatory negative feedback?

I didn't know where else to put this, so I figured I would put a trading feedback question here. A user sent me a pirated movie. I give him a negative. he then says he wouldn't give a refund until I remove his negatives. I asked him how I could remove feedback?(This was after he ignored me for nearly a month) Then he goes and ignores me for another week or more. I wake up this morning with negative feedback. Obviously I am not going to be sending his movie back until I get a refund. Now I am stuck with a negative because this guy is a jerk! It feels like ebay! I am hoping, really really hoping that bluray.com doesn't support users like this and something can be fixed about this retaliatory feedback...

Actually, I just put in Beer League for the first time. It had no menu and it went straight to the movie. Also the PS3 just reads it as a BD disc and not even Beer League. I have yet to try Be Kind Rewind. Unless there is some explanation I would like a full refund unless you would like to take a negative feedback for what appears to be pirated material. Thanks "

dude, that's how beer league is. almost all of Warners brothers movies have no main menu, just the pop up menu. The recently stopped that practice with their newer releases in the last 6-12 months. Also Beer league is read as either BDMV or BD-ROM if you're looking at it on the ps3. so your "pirated" movie is actually the real thing. If it had show up as BD-RE on the ps3 then you would have had a burned copy.

Why would he offer the refund, say sorry, not explain any of this to me, etc? Just ignore ignore and ignore until I get a negative.

EDIT: I will go see if it has that pop up menu later

Things like this should not be talked about openly, you should contact a mod if you have problems. Also many BDs are read as such by the PS3. Try your other title and it probably works. This thread has no place here, imagine if you're at fault, and not the seller, would you like him talking about it here. Sorry but those are my thoughts.

I agree. Someone started this posting a thread about specific member complaints a long while back, and I think I know who it was. After that, other members started to do the same and I don't like it one bit.

Member issues should be handled privately through PM and with MODS if needed. No need to "out" people, and yes, I know the TS didn't name names, but still.

agreed, it should be pm'd to a mod. I only replied to his thread because the "symptoms" of what he considered a bootleg were the same signs of the fully legit release.
