Hi guys. I would like this to be a thread for some decently priced SACD’s (pop rock) that we could all use.
I would like these disks to be part of your personal collection so if someone wants to know if they are worth buying - you can give them your own advice. Please no sellers - just people helping other people out. If there is enough interest maybe I’ll (or someone else can) start one for DVD-Audio. I just crossed referenced my library at SACDnet, all but one of these you can get thru Amazon. March 29, 2010 Under $20.00 3 Doors Down: Away from the Sun Bob Dylan: Blonde on Blonde (Multichannel) Derek & The Dominos: Layla Dire Straits: Brothers in Arms All The Elton John Minus Peachtree Rd & GYBR (never owned Peachtree Rd & GBYR is more than $20) Eric Clapton: Slowhand John Hiatt: Master of Disaster Pink Floyd: Dark Side of the Moon Shaggy: Lucky Day The Kinks: Come Dancing with the Kinks The Moody Blues: A Question of Balance The Moody Blues: On the Threshold of a Dream The Who: Tommy Under $30.00 Elton John: Goodbye Yellow Brick Road Genesis: Duke The Moody Blues: Days of Future Passed Under $40.00 Carpenters: Singles 1969-1981 Roxy Music: Avalon has been on back order at CD Universe for $15.99 since the middle of February. Considering that they want more than 20 times that at other places, I decided to mention it here. To site administration: I do not believe that I’m advertising but if you disagree - please accept my apologies & delete thread. |

This is a great idea.
I would like to add some of my favorites that are still available at Amazon to the list. These are also available in other places like Amazon UK for less. BTW, IMO any good SACD priced below $40 is still decent. ![]() The Police Every Breath You Take: The Classics $38.99 Genesis Invisible Touch $37.99 Depeche Mode Ultra $37.99 |

Yes, you are forced to purchase at least one album per month, for $6.99 shipped. It might be worth it if the selection was better, but all the major labels have dropped YourMusic except Universal and its subsidiaries.

Yep. It is $6.99 a month. For the price of membership, you receive one CD of your choice per month. Just like Netflix, you can build a queue of CDs that will automatically ship - one per month. Each CD you purchase is $6.99, 2-CD sets are $13.98. All prices include shipping.

My bad, I didn't go that far to order them. I guess the best bet is if any are left - that they go to clear them out.
