Hastings and Coupons

I posted about having trouble with Hastings B&M accepting manufacturer's coupons. Usually it is a good 15 min. transaction involving several employees before they finally get annoyed enough to cobble together a means to input the coupon.

Today, while trying to use a Disney DVD-to-Blu coupon, I was told by employees at 2 different Hastings:

:We don't accept manufacturer's coupons:

I had problems with the Surrogates and Universal Soldier: Regeneration coupons as well as the Universal Facebook coupons, but never told no, out of hand.

Anyone else?

I have emailed corporate about this for a formal policy.

So Hastings will no longer be me "go to" retailer if they aren't willing to work the coupon business.
