Germany Question about Amazon.de

The German Amazon Marketplace doesn't ship to the US, right?

Depends on the seller, just look for "International".

Where would I find that, Kynch? When I choose a movie and look at shipping, it just lists European countries...

I also have a question about Amazon.de. How long does shipping take to get to the United States? I ordered Narc almost two weeks ago and have yet to receive it. Whenever I order from either Amazon.fr or Amazon.uk it takes about a week. I'm starting to grow concerned.

http://www.amazon.de/gp/offer-listing/B001AI7ESM

For Sellers shipping outside Germany look for something like "internationalen Lieferzeiten". You'll soon know anyway becaue when you log in with your Amazon.com/co.uk details it'll refuse to complete if they don't ship outside Germany.

Amazon.de can be cheaper themselves more often than not or http://www.ebay.de

Shipping should be up to 2 weeks but Iceland sent over a volcano ash cloud to its friends in Euorpe which has delayed air mail.

Sorry for bumping this thread, but I also have a question regarding Amazon.de:
I want to pick up a few German BD releases, but I always heard most horror releases were cut, because the uncut versions were usually rated FSK 18 and couldn't be sold online, so Amazon.de only had the cut versions.

But I just noticed some of the films I want to pick up (Severance, for example) are rated FSK 18, and are listed on Amazon.de.
Does Amazon.de now sells these uncut, rated FSK 18 releases?
Also, is there any way I can tell if a certain release is cut or not (for example, is there any website that lists this; in the UK, there's the BBFC site to serve as a reference)?

The releases I'm interested in picking up are the following (any feedback on cut/uncut status and quality of the release are welcome):

-The Howling
-Severance
-Jeepers Creepers
-Far Cry
-In the Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale (Extended Director's Cut)

Amazon.de would not normally sell these but Marketplace Sellers will.

When I want to know something specific about a tape or DVD etc from Germany I email the seller. Whether it's eBay.de or Amazon.de I always get a very clear and honest response.

Translation: http://uk.babelfish.yahoo.com/?fr=avbbf-uk They usually reply in excellent [untranslated!] English too.

Amazon.de do sell some FSK 18 titles themselves, I don't know what their criteria is but I've bought the FSK 18 rated version of Crank from them (not through a market place seller). It all seems a bit random.

I have an amazon.uk order that is a week late in delivery. It's because of the Icelandic volcano eruption and the huge backlog created in international mail and courier delivery schedules due to the recent grounding of flights from Europe. It will likely be two to three weeks later than the original estimated delivery date.

I'm waiting on 4 movies from Amazon.uk and 2 movies from Mediadis.nl.
It's been just over 2 weeks. I'll wait 1 more week before I contact the stores.

Hi there. I'm from Germany and I'd like to give you some informations about this releases. First of all, all these releases are uncut (sold by amazon.de).

But there is a audio censorship in Far Cry as you can see here:

Cervical Dislocation after 80 Minutes

Jeepers Creepers also got an audio censorship in the end of the movie:

Darrys Final Scream

Besides, the quality of this Blu Ray is very poor. Here is a review. Although you may not understand the german language but the 5-Star-Rating System from this side will speak for itself:

Jeepers Creepers Review

The Howling and Severance are very well done and both have good transfers. Hope I can help you with this informations.

I've had it take from 4 days to around 15 with regular air mail.
