Default Disney's Pinocchio 70th anniversary and sony BDP-S570

Hey guys,

I could use some input here.

First of all, When I go to watch the cine explore feature on the pinocchio blu-ray The disc says the player doesn't support bonusview , the disc's cine explore plays fine in my panasonic DMP-BD601k. I should mention the movie itself plays fine in the sony.

I just contacted sony support via online chat and the Lady there wanted me to try another copy of the disc since my other discs from disney with cine explore work. I would have suggested the same thing. However, I do not have a second copy of the blu-ray to try and she wouldn't recognize that. So i was nice and said i would report back later, and closed the chat. Any advice here? anyone know where i can contact a sony engineer that might be able to troubleshoot issues like this for themselves? Tech support people are generally not trained well to at all in this area.

For information purposes, I tried wall.e and Up both cine explore features worked fine. but not so with pinnocchio.

Thanks.

Call Disney and ask them. Their customer support is second to none.

Isn't there a 1 800 Support number printed on the disc itself?
