Question Help! Video switching issue

I have a 65" Mitsubishi DLP, a custom built PC running Windows 7, and a Denon AVR-4310CI. Here is the issue. I am going HDMI out to the receiver then HDMI from receiver to TV. Everything was working fine with a few hiccups. Sometimes when switching to PC the video would be the wrong size. Usually just hitting "HELP" on my Harmony 890 would make it see the correct signal and display the right resolution. This was rare and didn't bother me.
Now if I turn off the receiver or change the input the PC signal will not come back unless I restart my computer. I play with the receiver and PC settings and cannot seem to make this stop.
Any thoughts / ideas?

Thanks in advance,
Dr. Awesome

UPDATE:
Changed some of the AVR settings for video selection and now I am back to how it was before with the minor hiccups. I will see how long that lasts though.

Try also Disabling the 'CEC'* feature (and in your Receiver and in your TV and in your BD player).

* CEC = Consumer Electronics Control (for automatic remote control functions between various Compatible Components to Enabled them by turning them On/Off together from the HDMI Connections).
