As per Twilight Time, they will be releasing Captain Harlock: Space Pirate in December.

Release date: December 8, 2015

We're still considering packaging options - could very well be a slipcase with individual sleeves for the 3 blu-rays, plus a thicker than usual booklet to be housed in...price is still being worked out, but very likely around $39.99.
