Alright I have a (DCM sub 2) from 1993, it's hooked up to a newer unit (integra DTR-40.2). It is connected by a Y adapter(rca), unit out to L + R in. With no sound it repeatably pops, sounds like dripping water in a sink? I have tweaked the volt and volume nobs on the sub, to no success? With sound present it works fine, what in the hell is causing this noise?
