Statement from Alexander J - Blu-ray Forum

I really did not want to tell this in open forum
but this is a time to make this clear

OpusArte Concert titles can not be considered as Audiophile releases
they are not even near blu-ray Audio clarity expected from this kind of presentations from experienced home theater enthusiast.

More then that on known AVS forum there is a thread
in blu-ray software public section called "Opera, Ballet and Classical Music discs"
where OpusArte releases getting presented and all other content providers being banned making the wrong impression on people about the future development of Audio for Blu-ray media.

please make a note if it.
or step in and make a difference.

about 3 years ago then Alexander was working on his project "Classic Expressions" Series to showcase discrete surround sound applied to classical works one of our friends took identity "patmiller" and join AVS to tell people about Alexander's work in Surround Music Formats section of the forum.

however he was not expecting that great Dr. AIX thread was not touchable for regular members, so he tell people about Alexander's work and started his own thread
YOU CAN NOT IMAGING HOW MANY INSULTS AND HARASMENTS HE TOOK from so called members, and after all that He got banned for spamming on forum.
but that was not the end of it, this so called forum members continue to chase
Alexander's titles to Amazon pages insulting his work.

Alexander had a health breakdown after this and could not do anything for almost a month.

the problem is that AVS forum is not thought is greatly as our blu-ray.com
we have normal threads by interests but AVS besides having some great professionals participating also has some really wrong moderation and "special interests" members pretending to look like it is a public opinion in a large scale of conversations among the forum members and if smth this groups dont like it is looks more like a linch then a discussion.

Sorry, I've never heard of either of you.

SACD is the hi-res audio format I like most.

I actually never though about that but one of our members and home theater enthusiast is an officer of federal institutions controlling this kind of activity on the net.
He send me personal e-mail and strongly suggested to post it so this kind of activity can have a legal ground.

on this fine note I will close this thread and go back to the music.
