Panasonic TV's do warn viewers of the "dangers" before it begins showing any 3D content.

The Samsung comes with warnings too. They even warn you not to become deluded into thinking the 3D characters a real, because you could hurt yourself trying to interact with them lol.

For the most part, people who are going to be buying into 3D already have watched it and know what kind of effect it is going to have on them.

Those are some funny labels Jimmy Smith. I like the one about drinking toilet water.

Why not, coffee comes with the Very hot label and so 3-d tv's should too for the nausea, blury vision and so on...
