Is putting Images in Signatures Disabled? It's not letting me put a pretty small one in?

I'm sort of glad it is. Pages in some forums take a really long time to load because of the images in people's sigs. Also, while I like animagted gifs as avatars, those can definitely bog down the load time of site pages...

I'm actually glad that there are no such things here, for the reasons mentioned above.

Been here for going on 3 years and can't ever remember a pic in a sig. I always thought it wasn't an option to begin with.

Anyway, I'm glad you can't and I'm also glad that the # of lines in a sig are limited to 8. I sometimes feel that is even too many.

yes, but there can be some cool sigs, they add a unique feel that makes you noticeable first time!

I was really disappointed by this, the first thing i did after setting up my account was to make a new sig pic
