Difference in Packaging - Blu-ray Forum

I just checked amazon for Road to Perdition. There are two listings, one is a normal blu ray priced @ 22.00. The other has a slip cover and the number 15 in the lower left hand cover it is 30 dollars.

Can someone tell me the difference? Thanks

The $30 one is a UK import.
