Prefer Spider-Man 3.

Don't dislike either. Both are flawed, but still enjoyable IMO.

X-Men: Last Stand for me, it was bad and ruined what had been built up in 1 and 2, but it's better than the X-Men Origins movie that followed...
Spider-man 3 was just hot garbage, redeemed slightly in the later "editor's cut", but easy to skip when watching the Toby Maguire movies.
