I can't believe no one has mentioned Peter Weir's film The Way Back. It's a sure-fire best picture nom, may even be the leading contender, and the word is that Colin Farrell will be a leading candidate for best actor too.

My other top two are Miral and, if it's released (which I think it will be), Tree of Life.
