I wonder if that'll be the US release date as well?

Yes, it could be or sometime around Thanksgiving... obviously to cash in on the Holiday season.

Fantastic price! I love the Smurfs and may have been the only person on the forum who went to see this at the cinema, and quite enjoyed it, but no way would I pay £25 for it.

That's more like it! I may pre-order it, or with its December release date I may put it on a Christmas wish list.

Doesn't look like the bonus mini movie The Smurfs: The Legend Of Sleepy Hollow is going to be on the UK release.

Watched it on Sky1 HD last week and the animation was fantastic. Might have to import this one then for the kids

I bought it on DVD a few weeks ago. It was a good special and I agree that the animation was great. It took me a little while to get used to the style but I quickly grew to like it.

On another note, I'm not too impressed with the new cover art. I like that Clumsy has been added, but why have Grouchy and the Naughties been removed and why is Brainy there? He only has about two scenes in the movie while Grouchy is one of the main characters.

Don't really remember the cartoon but though the first film was all right I gave it a 6 out of 10 and might watch the second to.
