I had a problem with disc 4 of Lost season 3.
At 4:11 of episode 19 it would skip ahead 30 seconds to a few minutes every time.

I called the technical support number on the disc (Thanks owa) and after taking my information and doing a few tests they are going to send me a replacement disc via mail.

I was very impressed with the great customer support!
