Blu-ray Question

On occasion I will see a new release here at Blu-ray.com that is already out on Blu-ray. For example, "About Last Night" shows to be released on Dec 7, 2010, yet a Blu-ray version is now available on Amazon and Netflix. What am I missing on these?

Adding to that, many studios repackage titles with movie cash for upcoming movie promos, They offer a new lower price and in this case, which is rare, They change the releasing Studio.

While many titles will be re-released time and time again for various reasons they are usually the same disc or transfer unless its a remaster, which is denoted in the Database title.
