Default 2D to 3D conversion question

Do I need HDMI 1.4 to get the conversion to work? I have one for my PS3, but I was just wondering if I needed one for my 360...wanted to play Reach converted, as the few PS3 games I've tried show some great depth.

Is that something the TV does after it already receives the video data...or do I need HDMI 1.4 to make this work, as well?

The tv does it. What tv do you have, as not all have the ability to convert on the go.

Yes, that tv has the ability to convert 2d to 3d on the go. All you need to do is find out how to do it on your remote. I would recommend checking your manual.
