I have a question about how the site works when claiming your points toward merchandise. I emailed them 2 times in the past 5/6 days and WB has not responded to my email yet...
The problem is I created my accounts months agog. Recently I moved to another state. I just turned in my 3500 points for a copy of the Harry Potter Ultimate Edition Bluray not realizing i hadn't updated my info. Once I selected the item there was no screen to change my mind or back out it was pretty much approved immediately and my points were removed. Then a MSG box popped up and said I would receive an email with further instructions. My question is- I don't remember entering a shipping address for the site and i cant find any means to change the address to ensure I get my product and are their shipping cost when you turn in reward points? |
