Creating a separate thread to discuss yet another box set from Well Go USA Entertainment as this set is yet again different from other releases.

This is a MOD release w/ pressed discs and appears to be a Walmart exlusive until 27 Sep 2022. This release has only been found in store and not on the WM web site at this time.

The WM sticker listed it as MOD and looking at the wrap you can tell it was printed via a printer similar to other MOD releases. So in essence it is a MOD.

I appears that would be correct (post corrected above), I found the post quoted below to use as a comparison to the replacement discs and here is what is on the first two discs.

Yep. Best collection of extras, and the most recent remasters of I and II (while also having the original audio in lossless, which was downgraded to lossy in the later I and II releases).

Shout disc is the older master. The Sphere set, the corrected I and II set, and this new set have a 4K remaster of II.

Ok. So the Phantasm 2 from this 5 disc set has the 4k remaster, but not the bonus features... While Scream disc has the Phantasm 2 features that the disc from this 5 disc set doesn't have.

I can live with that. For now...

The biggest reason I got this set was so I could have all of the film's. I would be interested in 4ks for the first two movies. I'm fine with this set for the rest of the sequels.

In my collection I have all the singles with slipcovers, the steel book of Phantasm, the UK Sphere box set, the first box set from Well Go (my favorite) and the newest Sphere set from Well Go.

Same, picked up a copy today. Nice looking set, nice price. I know the Sphere is better but it was too steep for a blind buy and I don’t care much for the packaging. Wish the first two had more features though, like the last set was supposed to.

Ravager has files dates from 2016 so it's likely this release which predated the first boxset.
