Panasonic DMP-BD65 sound seems low and lack punch compared to the PS3.
I don't know what going on. I just got the BD65 to replace the PS3 since I got tired of the fan noise. I am bitstreaming both TrueHD and DTS HD MA (secondary audio is off). The sound output feels weaker than when output by the PS3 (PCM) and lacks punch. This issue goes accross different reference BDs that I tried. I checked all the settings (DRC is off, all the unnecessary stuffs are off too). Did someone else notice that? Owners of BD65 or BD60, please chime in? Others are welcome to share too? ![]() |
