Disney Movie Club question...

Firstly, I apologize if this is the wrong place for this thread... But anyway..

I recently joined DMC and revived my 5 movies today.. Overall I am VERY happy with the condition of the slipcovers.. However myD Dumbo slip is kinda crushed on one side and on the other, it seems as the glue is not sticking so the seam where it's held together is coming apart.. So my question is: If I write them, will they replace my damaged slip cover..?

Check out the DMC thread in the deals forum, they can get you in the right direction. There is a way to do it, they have the best information

So I would have to ship the whole movie back? I guess as long as the slip get's replaced...

i ordered 3 copies of Dumbo from DMC. all of them came damaged.

ordered 2 copies of LATT and both of them were coming off from the sides.

DMC has dropped the ball lately with their shipments.

Did you try getting them replaced..?

nah, not worth it. they weren't my copies. they were for my aunt. she didn't care.
