Default PSP live TV?

http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....=1157068455484

So, you can hook this up to your ps3, tv, and PSP, and watch live tv on your PSP when you are not home? Did I read that correctly, or not? That seems sweet as hell. I realize that the release date says it's been out for some time, but I had no idea that this existed...

Sorry if this was posted somewhere before...

Default Yes that is true

The PSP has been able to use the location free unit for a long time now. You can also connect a dvd player to the unit and watch movies too. If you go to sony style you will see the new model that will down convert HD to SD so you can watch Blu-rays or content from your HD DVR.

This news may be old, but hey if you did not know there must be a lot of others that do not know either. Tell your buddies and get one for yourself.

i'll put it this way, I've been jonesing for a PSP for a long while now (esp. since I bought the PS3), and I'm glad I hadn't bought it yet- the extra memory and TV-out capabilities have me sold (now I just gotta find the $$$!)

I would say upgrade because even if you don't use the video option on the newer psp model, you still get better battery life and other newer things as well. Does anyone know when the newer model is supposed to come out? I heard this month sometime.

The LF-V30 Locationfree base is not available, yet. It is scheduled to hit US retailers on the Sept. 25. That is the latest and greatest version for $250.

You can change channels and program your DVR from over the net as well!

Default I like the Sling Media one

I still like the orange Sling Media one better, cause it does HD video and has an HDMI plug.
I don't have one yet, but I've been looking.

Guys i believe that with that device you have to be close to the actual Wireless router which i believe that is all it is. If you want live TV but like the free one in the air, there's a device that's only available on Japan that i know off, that is mounted on top where teh usb port is.

Nope. With the device I listed above, you can be ANYWHERE in the world (with a broadband WiFi or PC with ethernet connection) and still see and control your DVR content. It will work with any source you can connect to it. Of course, for near real-time viewing an HD picture will most likely be downconverted to SD on the fly and sent over the internet.

Default LocationFree LF-V30

I just got the LF-V30 today. It is awesome! I so far have it hooked up to my DirectTV and am able to watch it on my Laptop and PSP. It is delayed by about 3 seconds, but other than that, it is AWESOME. It is PERFECT quality w/ no breakup or skipping/pausing on my Laptop & PSP. You all need to go and get one!

I am just trying to find out if it is able to hook up to my PS3 for watching whatever blu-ray I have in it...
