Does anyone have a contact e-mail for Ayngaran? I went to their site and all they have is phone numbers.

Actually I already mentioned that problem.
Though I didn't get my order over 3 months, they ignored my request.
There's no use...

Ayngaran is really bad in getting back to customers IMO. I had an issue with a recent order and it took three emails for them to get back to me. Once they got my order out, it took another three emails to get a confirmation/tracking that they sent it out. I kept emailing sales@ayngaran.com and orders@ayngaran.com.

Obviously, Ayngaran online store doesn't have customer service mind.
We should publicize this problem. So we keep from making another victim.

I know Sunny Audit (who does all Ayngaran blu-ray tech stuff). Its best to post on Zulm, as he tends to respond when you ask questions.

I agree. When I have aired my complaints I got the standard one word answer of sorry. No explanation or reasoning! It was frustrating dealing with them because they didn't seem to care at all..

Ayngaran actually blocked wall posting on there page. Go figure! Although you could post on there discussion board. Someone started a thread complaining about the quality of the endhiran DVD....

seriously?! i just posted on their wall not too long ago congratulating them on the good work they've been doing with their BD releases and they even acknowledged that compliment...!

i wonder what has changed since then...

I can talk about my personal experience with Ayngaran..I have placed about 15 orders or so with them to date. I've never had a 'problem' with their customer service. The only issue that I've had with them is their shipping speed, which typically runs into about 2-3 weeks from the date of order, for the product to finally reach me in the U.S. But then again, it is International shipping from the U.K., and I guess that it is par for the course, all things considered.

Facebook is a form of advertising, not some form of democracy. It makes sense for them to remove any type of negativity aimed at their company.
