Default Universal HD channel's Blu-ray advertisements

I recently watched a BMX freestyle contest on UNIHD which is a Universal HD. I am guessing this channel is owned by Viacom, but it could be Universal Music.

Anyways, I saw an amazing Blu-ray commercial which showed some movies being released in the future. Just wondering if any one else has seen this commercial.

I am hoping Universal will go neutral.

Universal has reconsidered its HD position. They are expected to announce a neutral stance sometime in 1Q08 or earlier. That is if BD continues its dominance through 07. Which is highly likely.

I am sorry to disappoint you! No such reconsideration has occurred. Whatever your source...it is unreliable.

The future will tell!

People just don't seem to grasp this point, but it's entirely true. people also need to realize that in the corporate world the left hand does not always know, or care, what the right hand is doing. Often the various fingers on the left hand cannot agree or get in sync.

I just hope Universal supports both formats, why? Because then I can get my favorite movies (Bourne Identity - series) on Blu-ray!
