can you purchase PSN downloads from a computer?

I'm without a PS3 at the moment and was wanting to get the Red Dead Redemption DLC while it's on sale, can you purchase DLC from your computer on the PSN site? If not, they really need to do this as it was pretty convenient whenever I had an Xbox 360 and used that feature quite often.

Ok, thanks! Is this all the DLC that is currently included in the RDR sale on PSN? I remember reading you could get all DLC for $10 right now on PSN.

The Undead collection should have Liars & Cheats and Legends & Killers. As far as I know it doesn't have the deadly assassin outfit, golden guns or warhorse. But those are only .50 off anyway.

No, it's not. The golden guns and war horse need to be bought separately (which I did find on amazon). Couldn't find the outfit on there though.

Thanks guys. The outfit is also on there for $0.49 as is the war horse and golden guns. Now the big question is should I buy the game for $29.99 and the DLC for $10 making it $40 total for all of it or should I hold out another month for the Game of the year edition? One article I found today made it sound like they were gonna add even more to the Game of the year edition besides just the current DLC but that could just be rumors and end up not happening.

You found it? Nice, I didn't find it in a quick search. So I was wrong, all of the DLC is on there, but not for $10.

As to the GOTY thing, there were strong rumblings for it a few months ago and nothing ever came to fruition. I wouldn't be convinced that it is definitely coming out. Certainly possible though, as it is a bit weird that they are bringing out more RDR dlc in September, which could be the "added" content that article mentions. The game won't get any more expensive though, only the DLC, so if you just want to wait (you've waited this long), then go ahead.

Well there was a BBC rating that said it was coming out September 16th or something around then but that rating has sine been taken down and removed. I'm just thinking they might announce the GOTY edition at Gamescom this week. There are also some places, I believe in the UK, who are already taking pre-orders for the GOTY edition and one site even list contents of it like artwork and things like that.

Again, I'm not saying that it's not going to happen, but we've already been through it once and it didn't, so I wouldn't be banking on it. But it's always possible, maybe more likely now with the free dlc announced for September.

Just a note - as far as I've been able to tell, the redeem codes that you can buy on Amazon usually do not reflect the sale prices on PSN. And occasionally the Amazon redeem codes are discounted while there is no discount on PSN (such as the recent $40 price for a year of PS+ on Amazon).

Glad to see that you found all of the content on AMZ. I was able to do it with a quick search by going to Video Games>PlayStation 3 and then I typed in Red Dead Redemption and all of the content showed up.

The date may have been off, but I'm still hedging my bets on an eventual GOTY edition for this game, even if it gets postponed until early next year. Seeing as the standalone RDR is still commanding anywhere from $30-40 at retail, I can understand why they would want to postpone the release of a comprehensive edition. Just about every top seller published by Rockstar has received a GOTY edition, so the likelihood of one coming for RDR is a solid bet.
