Oh too good to be true then, eh?

I'm not a lawyer but aren't they forced to sell it for that price now?

In reality and by law... 'Yes', but (if) these orders get cancelled they'll find some bullshit excuse.
If you want revenge though, just use the print screen and take it to trading standards.

Absolutely no chance this will be honoured. May have been able to sneak a few by the net if it wasn't posted on HotUKDeals meaning there'll be plenty out there who will have bought the bundle in quantities of 10+.

This I have to agree with. There's always the 'TOOLS' that'll balls it up for everyone else with their greed.

Why do Asda also have this up, along with the described listing of being a Zavvi exclusive? I'm wondering whether to order one from Asda as well just in case or to stick with my Zavvi one under the belief if one website cancels the rest will.

Because Asda online are owned by The Hut, hence why The Hut, Zavvi, Asda and probably a few other online entertainment sites will have it for the same price with the exact same description. It's just one big web, and they'll just click "insert" and it'll probably paste onto all their owned sites.

I might see how it goes tomorrow, might be better trying with Asda though since not too many know about The Hut owning them. Saying that though, the entire stock for all of these sites will be from the same warehouse, handled by probably the same people...

Never going to happen, but ordered it anyway. Expect my cancellation email by tomorrow afternoon.

Under Terms and Conditions, point 12. Price and Payment

Quote:
In the unlikely event that the price shown on the checkout page is wrong, and we discover this before accepting your order, we are not required to sell the goods to you at the price shown. We always try and ensure that the prices of goods shown on our website are accurate, but occasionally genuine errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods that you have ordered we will let you know as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel your order and you have already paid for the goods, then you will receive a full refund.
All the online stores have a get-out clause like that, when you put the order through you have to accept terms and conditions which the above is a part of.

In my opinion, these misprices should be forced to be honoured legally as a punishment for their own stupidity

Probably takes about three days until they notice anything. Same thing with their customer service.

I remember reading somewhere they promised they'll reply to your message within 24 hours...more like 80

Doubt it'll go through as they don't even have these sets in stock right now.

Funny though how you can just print something like that into your terms&conditions and then suddenly you just don't have to care about anything.

This is the bundle they were advertising a few weeks ago as a Fathers Day package and was priced at around £85 I think. They definitely won't be letting that lot go for £11.

As said, people spoil the possibility of it being honored by buying multiples, normally people who think of ebay straight away when they see these pricing errors.

Like others have said it most likely will not be honoured - but I too have popped my order in - nothing to lose!

Would be the bargain of the year if it is honoured - but also as mentioned above it is the d***s who are ordering 20 each who will spoil it for everyone!

I know that ZAVVI & ASDA are all operated by THE HUT - but does anyone think that complaints might me more successful through ASDA than ZAVVI - becuase of their reputation - just a thought......
