MLB TV on PS3

I am using my PS3 to stream MLB Tv and games to my HD television. I am having a few issues. From time to time the picture goes from sharp HD quality to not so sharp to downright blurry. The other problem is on occassion the action will skip back to show pitches and sometimes batters or innings that have already been played. Anyone else having similar issues or know of a way that can improve this?

sounds like your internet. I had the basic internet and the picture would be blurry sometimes, so I upgraded the internet and now it looks as good as an HD broadcast. this was last year.

i have no idea how it would skip back like that though...i've been using MLBTV for PS3 since the beginning of last year (daily pretty much to catch my Cubs games) and never had a problemm...

I have a great connection and can view MLB.TV at the highest resolution on my computer FLAWLESSLY. However, I have the same issue with it on my PS3, which shares the same connection.

Very disappointing. I recommend getting a DV to HDMI adapter and just connecting your computer to your TV. That's what I've been doing. The PS3 MLB.TV app needs to work out the bugs.

I have a 24 MB connection and I get the distorted images here and there and the live streaming has gone haywire here and there, but I think it's just initial glitches that will work itself out soon enough. These things always have bugs at the very beginning.

I thought about my internet connection as well. I may try to pump up my speed. I also tried a wired connection tonight as well, it helped a little but still blurred from time to time. After trying the wired connection I ran a test on the PS3 and came up with the following speeds: Upload 2.8 MBPS and Download 799.2 KBPS. Not sure if those speeds are good or bad for this application.
