That is the Korean release. The HK release has no ratings logo on it.

This Korean release has a lot of audio tracks (the English lossless track plus eight lossy dubbed tracks plus two commentary tracks). I know this is Blu-ray, but I hope the presence of so many audio tracks plus the extras won't result in the film's PQ being compromised.

YesAsia don't have a listing for this yet, but presumably they should be listing it within another week or so.

Are the Hong Kong and Korean releases expected to be identical in terms of the transfer and the extras, etc.?

Same disc. Audio/subtitles and extras are the same.

It's less than three weeks until the Korean edition is supposed to be released, and the YesAsia website still has no mention of it. Does anyone know what's happening with this release - is it still going to happen?

Yesasia can be a bit slow sometimes listing releases. The HK version is now scheduled for April 8, but Yesasia doesn't list it either.

Korea and Hong Kong are both Region A, same as the US.
