I need these to mount Paradigm Titan bookshelf speakers as a Atmos height speaker. The speakers weigh 21 lbs.

give these a try, I have a pair and they held up quite large bookshelf speakers for me.

however, they won't give you a lot of tilt. at least not as much as I suspect you need, but, you can keep them in mind.
