Default voyage ...bottom of the sea series blu ray?

i have been trying to find anny info about this as i'm reluctant to buy the dvd set covering the seasons...with a blu ray edition in the (hopefully!)near future.
also Lost in space series and Land of the giants...Time tunnel, why aren't they released in blu ray yet?
this is Irwin Allen's best tv shows and yet only out on dvd....
annyone could trow somelight on this about a potential release on blu ray plz?

I would like to see this on Blu-ray as well. I watch the show on my local MeTV channel. From what I've seen on the DVD releases it has been nicely remastered. Would buy it day one!

I am no expert on filming so I am wondering, while the show was done on film would it be plague in the same fashion as other scifi/fantasy shows, the special effects would be causing a problem?
