No blu love for JONATHAN GLAZER?

With just two feature films on his resumé, renowned commercials and music videos' director Jonathan Glazer has promptly become one of the most interesting directors and –dare I say it?– auteurs working in movies today.

I can not fathom why none of his films are on BD yet (well, I do can, that was just hyperbole on my part).

Both his powerful, flashy SEXY BEAST and his moody, kubrick-esque BIRTH would made gorgeous blu-ray discs to watch and listen to.

As far as I know, only SEXY BEAST has been released on blu in the UK, with a problematic interlaced transfer and a controversial aspect ratio (1.78:1, as opposed to all previous 2.35:1 DVD outings).

Anybody here has heard of any news about possible US releases? That would make my day!
