Angry 3d tv help!!!

Hey do u know anything about 3D TV like how far I'm supposed to sit away from my 55" TV when watching a 3D Movie. . . My problem is that I'm seeing like double just a little bit I can't tell when watching movies but when I'm playing black ops in 3D Theres like 2 crosshairs that are like a half inch apart and I can't stand it. I have my TV in my room which I think is the problem cause I can only sit 7.5 feet away is that my problem of seeing double is that I'm too close and need to need farther awayż

I saw a show on 3D tvs. sort of like a Consumer Reports. It showed you how certain brands of 3D tvs would show a double image. It looked like ghosting of the image.

Yet another reason to never, ever, ever be an "early adopter" of new tech on the consumer level. You're guaranteed to get screwed, even if the new tech is highly succesful in the marketplace eventually.

Anyone remember DAT? Or Beta? Or laserdiscs? Or Super-VHS? Or....well, you get the point.
