Vudu's HDX audio HIGHLY compressed!

I checked out 3 different HDX movies on vudu. I was pleasantly surprised by the video quality but I'm pretty annoyed by what I heard: SEVERE compression.
They tout the audio as having dolby digital plus but it's far from it.

I downloaded the following movies in HDX:
Live Free or Die Hard (Unrated)
Grosse Pointe Blank
Masters of the Universe

Of the 3, MOTU was the only one that wasn't compressed to hell. I made a few uncompressed audio recordings and you can see how compressed it is. I will post here.

Has anyone else noticed this?

I've never used Vudu, and I never visited the site until just now, but thanks for the warning. I may check it out, I'm sure that it's better than netflix streaming.

The selection is GREAT and the service is phenomenal. I'm just really miffed about how horrendous it sounds. I'm going to post pics and clips.

I just did a quick browse, and they have three movies that I want to see that Netflix, and Hulu Plus do not have. I do wish though that you could pay a monthly fee, rather than pay per movie, but it does sound like a great service.

Best part is that you can go on Ebay and buy codes. End up getting everything for half price.
